What can I expect?
 

Our Care Coordinator will contact all newly scheduled clients to  confirm your appointment and tell you what you can expect on your first visit.  We will send you new client paperwork in advance so you can complete it and bring it with you for your appointment.  A credit card will be required to hold the appointment.

New wellness Visits will include a neurological evaluation and examination, an Electroencephalogram (Q- EEG) and a consultation with Dr. Turner. He will review the findings from your evaluation, review and analyze the results of the Q EEG and recommend a plan of  treatment based on the results.  This visit will take approximately one hour and thirty minutes to complete.


New Chiropractic Visits will include an evaluation with the Doctor, examination and treatment, client education and potentially recommendations for home exercises.   

New Functional Medicine and  Metabolic Visits  will include an evaluation, Metabolic analysis, client education and recommendations for diet, hydration and supplementation. 

New Neuro Muscular Visits will include an evaluation with the Doctor, examination and treatment, client education and potentially recommendations for home exercises. 



New Neurotherapy- Brain Training visits will begin by first scheduling a New Wellness Visit with  Dr. Turner.

How do I schedule?

You may call 770-993-7330 and ask to schedule the type of visit listed above that you believe you need. If you are not sure what type of visit to schedule, call the number and we will have our staff discuss the type of visit that may be best for you. A credit card will be required to hold the appointment for a new visit. No charges will be made to the card if the appointment is kept or if it is canceled with sufficient notice.  Our office is closed on Fridays.


Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens and there may be times you will need to cancel your appointment. Pinnacle Health Services has a 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment please call our office the previous business day at least 24 hours in advance. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for each service scheduled when less than 24 hours notice is provided. When less than 6 hrs notice or no notice of cancellation is provided, The full price of scheduled services will be charged. Please call on Friday before 5:00 pm when cancelling appointments for the following  Monday.
 

Cancellation fees for new wellness visits: New wellness client evaluations require an extensive block of time on our clinic schedule. The time required is approximately one hour and thirty minutes. The cancellation fee for this service when adequate notice as stated above is not provided is $150.00 as it prevents other clients from being able to schedule on that day.

We thank you in advance for your understanding and consideration of our physicians and staff who are preparing for your visit as well as other clients  who are waiting  for notices of openings in the schedule for their care.

  • We offer financing and  payment plans for some services 

  • Payment is due at time of service.
     

 

 

Non Emergency Services:

Pinnacle Health Services does not provide emergency or crisis intervention services. In the event of an emergency or crisis situation, please dial 911 or proceed to your nearest hospital emergency department.

 

Our office is closed  Thursday afternoons and on Fridays. You may however schedule appointments and leave messages on Fridays however calls and e-mails  received  outside of regular office hours will be retrieved and returned on Monday during regular business hours.
