Dr. John Turner, DC, QNRT
Dr. Turner graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Physics, earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life College and later graduated from the American Functional Neurology Institute. He has always had a drive to further his knowledge in science and quantum physics and has specialized his research in the field of Neurology. He served as a professor at Life College where he developed his passion for teaching both physicians and clients. He has acquired expertise regarding the nervous system and how it connects and controls the mind and body. He developed a method to reset neurological pathways to help relieve both emotional and physical pain called Quantum Neurological Reset Therapy (QNRT®). Dr. Turner is also renown for his pain protocol.
He is the president and founder of the Professional Association for Quantum Neurological Reset Therapy. He is the founder and developer of Quantum Shift Technique(QST TM) He teaches his techniques and therapies to professionals around the country and internationally. Dr. Turner is also a public speaker. He speaks at corporate events, conferences and other venues on topics of wellness, health and Quantum Neurological Reset Therapy.

Theresa Turner, ND, RN, BS, PSc. D
Theresa is a board certified Naturopathic Doctor, licensed Registered Nurse, licensed Doctor of Pastoral Medicine, Neuro Therapist and a certified Reflexologist. She has over 28 years of experience as a health care provider. She received her nursing degree from Georgia Southwestern University, later earned a graduate degree in Health Care Administration from Bellevue University and completed her Doctor of Naturopathy from Trinity College. She is the recipient of the 2017 American Naturopathic Medical Association Higher Achievement Award. She is a member of the pastoral medical Association and continues her professional studies in the field of Neurotherapy, Nutrition and Natural Health. She is a participating member of the International Society for Neurofeedback and Research. Theresa is also an ordained Christian minister with a heart and passion for helping people. She is the founder and president of Victory Healthcare Institute which offers continuing education for Health care Professionals and certification programs in Natural Health studies. ​She specializes in methods to determine root cause of symptoms and ways to help the body to heal naturally and safely. All methods employed by Theresa are natural and non prescriptive.
Theresa is experienced in initiating and managing medication reduction programs. She works directly in conjunction with prescribing physicians to help clients "safely" reduce the number of medications taken on a daily basis. It is important to inform your prescribing medical doctor in advance if you wish to reduce or stop prescription medications as many medications may have harmful side effects when stopped abruptly. Clients have experienced great health benefits and eliminated many serious adverse side effects that were directly related to specific medications. Theresa also consults with clients regarding healthy lifestyle changes and serves as a liaison with Dr. John Turner to provide natural health services and products to help meet client's specific needs.

Dr. Keene Newberry, DC, QN
Dr. Newberry graduated from the University of Alabama, Birmingham (UAB) with a degree in Finance and later earned his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic at Sherman College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Dr. Keene is trained in multiple therapies but specializes in Quantum Neurological Rehabilitation which is a method to help re- connect the brain to different parts of the body. Dr. Newberry is also certified in Quantum Neurological Reset Therapy.
Dr. Keene has always been active and played different sports throughout his life including baseball at UAB. He excels in utilizing both his expert knowledge of the nervous system and muscle memory from his sports background to help other athletes of all levels to enhance their performance.
